Package PCAmixdata

This package is dedicated to factorial analysis and rotation of quantitative data, qualitative data, or mixed data. The PCAMIX method, proposed in this package includes the ordinary principal component analysis (PCA) and multiple correspondence analysis (MCA) as special cases. Orthogonal varimax rotation of the principal components of PCAMIX is also implemented in this package.This year, a new method has been developped for Multiple Factorial Analysis in case of mixtures of quantitative and qualitative variables within groups. It was implemented in the package and presented to the 2èmes Rencontres R in Lyon [44] , and to the 45èmes Journées de Statistique in Toulouse [41] .
